When will I get my order?
Wherever you are in the world, Filterfly comes to you.
Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–5 business days.
International Orders: 7–14 business days, depending on location.
All orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your package is dispatched. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties upon delivery.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Returns: You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a $7 shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Damages & Issues: Replacements and reshipments are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged during shipping. To request assistance, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Refund Timeline: Credit card refunds are processed promptly but may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.
International Orders (Outside of USA): Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
